Insurance
Our office accepts a wide range of insurances. If you have any questions please call our office.
However, the responsibility ultimately rests on the insurance cardholder to ensure that the GPSD practitioners are in-network providers. It is also the card holder’s responsibility to provide a referral at the time of the visit if a referral is necessary.
Cancellation
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be rescheduled in consideration for other patients. A missed surgical appointment or consultation with Dr. Irfan Galaria will incur a $50.00 missed appointment fee.
A missed dermatology appointment with the MD or PA will incur a $25.00 missed appointment fee if 24-hour notice is not given.
