Community Outreach

In addition to relief work abroad, the doctors and many of the staff are committed to improving the communities that they live and practice in. They are both active participants in school/community programs. With melanoma on the rise in young people, Dr. Noreen Galaria is especially passionate about teaching elementary school children about Smart Sun habits and Sunscreen use and gives countless talks at schools, girl /boy scouts and has even developed a program to help others teach sun safety.
